Tennessee parents recall flooding that killed 7-month-old twins

“I would like there was a little something I could have performed,” Rigney explained.

Rigney managed to get to a roof with his other two kids with the aid of a neighbor. Corridor, in the meantime, viewed the whole ordeal even though clinging to the tree, she mentioned.
