Taliban celebrate after beheading Afghan soldier

A group of Taliban fighters beheaded an Afghan soldier in a grisly video which also showed them celebrating although yelling “God is Great” and praising the Taliban supreme leader Hibatullah Akhundzada.

The 36-second video, acquired by the Washington Examiner, was at first posted to a non-public Taliban chat home about a week back.

The footage displays six Taliban fighters surrounding the man who was laying on his back, with his head resting on his chest.

“Shoot him! He has to look shot!” The group leader reported toward the stop of the online video, indicating his intent to cover the death by decapitation.

The movie raises sizeable questions about the Taliban’s promises to the international group that they would supply amnesty to all those who opposed their conquest of the region.

“I would like to guarantee the worldwide local community, which include the United States, that no person will be harmed,” Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid mentioned past thirty day period. “We don’t want any internal or external enemies.”

Regional Afghans have been not astonished by the brutality.

“This is barbaric, and I will by no means rely on the Taliban,” Afghan stability consultant Nasser Von Wazirit informed the Examiner. “A terrorist is usually a terrorist.”
