Michigan dad kills 3-year-old son in murder-suicide


An ex-Michigan corrections officer allegedly killed his toddler right before fatally taking pictures himself — just months right after he built threats of a murder-suicide versus his estranged spouse.

Police say Derek Thebo, 32, fatally shot his 3-12 months-old son Dylan and then turned the gun on himself in a residence in Lowell, just outdoors Grand Rapids, last Wednesday.
