McConnell sends ‘lots of love’ to Sinema, Manchin over spending blockade

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said he and the rest of the chamber’s Republicans have “lots of love” for a pair of Democrats — Sens. Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.).
