Henri makes landfall in Rhode Island

Tropical Storm Henri has created landfall in Rhode Island.

The National Hurricane Middle claims Henri came ashore in the coastal town of Westerly all over 12:30 p.m. It experienced before passed over Block Island, a modest but well-liked vacationer island 13 miles (21 kilometers) offshore in Block Island Seem.
