Ex-MLB player Juan Encarnacion accused of sexually assaulting daughter


Previous Significant League Baseball outfielder Juan Encarnacion is in custody for sexually assaulting his daughter in the Dominican Republic, in accordance to a report.

The two-time Globe Series winner is becoming held without the need of bail in his homeland, ESPN claimed.

The 45-calendar year-outdated former baseball journeyman was accused of getting into his daughter’s room in May well while she slept, then assaulting her, the girl’s mother claimed to authorities.

Encarnacion had a decade-extended career in the majors, and was part of championship teams with the Florida Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals.

Encarnacion, who also performed for Detroit and Cincinnati, was getting held at the Palace of Justice in Santo Domingo and was anticipated to appear in front of a decide Saturday, ESPN pointed out. He faces 15 decades in jail if convicted.
