Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, State Attorney Kim Foxx clash over deadly shootout


Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot slammed Cook County’s State Lawyer Kim Foxx for not bringing rates in a fatal West Side shooting – and Foxx is hitting back.
