Afghan debacle is Bay of Pigs moment for Biden: Panetta

Former Protection Secretary Leon Panetta when compared the reconquest of Afghanistan by the Taliban to the abortive CIA-backed Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba from the early 1960s Monday, including that the collapse of the Western-backed governing administration in Kabul had harmed America’s trustworthiness.
