The venues for the conference will be Oslo City Hall and Oslo Congress Center
Oslo City Hall
The main function of City Hall is naturally the political and administrative running of the capital. It houses the City Council, City administration, as well as art studios and galleries. The building also has an important place in the history of Norwegian art and architecture and stands as a monument to the main artistic movements from the middle of the last century. The construction started in 1931, but was paused by the outbreak of World War II, before the official inauguration in 1950. Its characteristic architecture, artworks, and the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony makes it one of Oslo's most famous buildings.
In June 2005 it was named Oslo's "structure of the century", with 30.4% of the votes.
